this is pepete. pepete was irresponsible and had unprotected sex, causing him to tragically develop a large clapping tumor and protruding collarbones. unfortunately for pepete, tumors are living things so george bush will not let him tenderly caress it with a coat hanger. instead, pepete's small intestine fell out, forcing him to abort the tumor. ostracized by society, pepete was overcome with despondency and forced into a life of crack whoredom and prostitution.
